Bought Tom Wait's first album, closing time and playing TEC. Not sure what I think of the CD yet. It's heaps different from mule variations, but I guess you gotta expect that, being something like thirty years seperating them. It was about the only thing there worth buying. I nearly got a Tex Perkins CD and had a look at that album of songs collected because Nick Cave felt they inspired his work. Didn't buy either. Not sure of what I think of closing time yet. Have to listen to it a few times.
